Jackie Miller is the Operations Manager at Lynn Construction, managing the day-to-day operations of the company.

Jackie joined the company in November 2017 after Hurricane Harvey, and has served in various roles. Most recently, she was the company's Controller responsible for overseeing payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable, budgeting, preparing financial reports for procurement of funds and financial planning. Prior to that, she spent eight years in municipal government, most of which was as the Finance Director for the City of Palacios, Texas.

She is a proud mother of two sons and is married to the best fishing partner there is. She loves eating crawfish, crabs, and shrimp and can make a mean gumbo. Jackie spends most of her time searching for the “Big One” in East Matagorda Bay. When not enjoying saltwater therapy, she can be found on the sidelines cheering on her sons in whichever sport they are playing.
