Meet Our Team

Jarad Ramirez is Lynn Construction's General Manager and Integrator.

In his role as the company's Integrator and General Manager, he manages custom home builds, works directly with clients to facilitate their dream home plans, and oversees the many project crews that bring a homeowner's dream to life. As the company's design and estimation specialist, he oversees the designs of the drafting department, develops proposals for new jobs, and designs cabinets for custom homes.

Jarad has been with Lynn Group companies since 2011 and started in the drafting department for Lynn Engineering. He attended Galveston College on a baseball scholarship and then went on to Wharton County Junior College to study drafting and design.

Jarad is married to his wife, Gabrielle, and they have three beautiful children together – Zane, Brielle and Kamryn. He loves giving back and is actively involved in his community through sports as a coach and president of the local Little League.

In his spare time, you can catch him at the ballpark or his children’s sporting events. Jarad loves to help our clients navigate the building process and strives to give them an excellent experience while building their dream home.
