Ray is a foreman at Lynn Construction, specializing in custom home construction. He has more than 40 years of construction experience, with 15 years in cross-country pipeline construction and more than 25 years of residential and commercial construction. Ray specializes in both piling and slab home construction and has extensive experience with historical renovation.

He grew up in Houston, TX, and graduated from Spring Branch High School in 1978. For the past 30 years, Ray has resided in Bay City. He has two adult daughters and one granddaughter. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, spending time in nature and on the water. There is always at least one project in motion at his home.
