We’re more than a construction company, and our mission is about something much larger than ourselves. As the company experienced rapid growth, our team gathered for a retreat to cast a vision and develop a roadmap for giving back. In the book “Scaling Up,” author Verne Harnish talks about setting a “Big, Hairy, Audacious Goal” (BHAG).
Out of that retreat, our BHAG – Vision 2030 – was born.
In this decade, LynnGroup companies seek to rescue 500 sex slaves from human trafficking, construct 500 new homes for disadvantaged families across the globe, feed 1,000 orphans, and dig 30,000 new water wells in developing nations. 2030 is more than just a number to us.
