Stuart is the Owner, President/CEO and Visionary at Lynn Construction, LLC. He has more than twenty (20) years of civil, structural, and windstorm engineering experience. His career includes the design and construction of residential and commercial projects, and also municipal water and wastewater facilities. This combination of experience provides for an approach to design that is not found in many other consulting or design firms.

Stuart focuses on fostering a culture in which the entire team not only makes a difference while at work but more importantly outside of the office. He believes that relationships come first, and business will follow. Stu, as he is affectionately known, does everything in his power to help the team live out the company vision in “We think BIG, to work BIG, to give BIG.”

When he is not working on the next big idea, Stuart enjoys spending time with his beautiful bride of 20 years, their eight kids and five grandkids.

Stuart believes his reason for being is to make a difference, EVERY DAY, so that the underdog in us has a chance to succeed. He is passionate about giving back with time, money and resources to numerous charities and nonprofits – locally and abroad.

Corey Boucher is Lynn Construction’s general manager. He is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the company, ensuring project success, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This role involves strategic planning, staff management, financial oversight, and ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations. Corey also leads business development efforts, fosters client relationships, and ensures the delivery of high-quality construction services in line with the company's standards and objectives.

He graduated from the University of Houston – Victoria with a B.A. in Accounting. Corey joined LynnGroup in 2023 after serving 15 years as Controller for a multi-rooftop/multi-franchise retail automotive group. During his time in the automotive sector Corey was an active member of the Texas Automobile Dealers Association, often traveling to Austin and Washington D.C. advocating on behalf of franchised dealers.

In his spare time Corey loves coaching his boys in baseball, golfing any chance he can get, glamping in their RV throughout Texas, playing pickleball, or trying to perfect his Blackjack and Baccarat skills.

Corey is the father to three boys, two girls and a poodle named Rambo. He’s married to an amazing woman who is not only WAY out of his league, but thought he was a doctor the first time they met because of how bad his handwriting is.

Brian Jimenez is a foreman at Lynn Construction. He works along with subcontractors and contractors to ensure that all jobs are performed efficiently and achieve the highest customer satisfaction.

He Attended Young Conservation Corps in Chicago in 2010, where he was selected in the top 20 out of 150 competitors. That’s how he gained knowledge on building skills. He then began working with construction companies.

Brian enjoys going out with his wife Idany, as well as watching movies in the afternoons. His biggest motivation is knowing that he contributes to making the dream homes of Lynn Construction clients a reality.

Opportunities don’t happen, you create them, he says.

John Hickl, Designer, works with clients to design a home that fits all their wants and needs. He then turns their ideas into a detailed full set of working drawings used to build their dream home.

John has been with Lynn Construction since March 2020. He graduated from Wharton County Junior College in December 2019 with his Certification in Architectural Drafting and Design.

In his spare time, John enjoys spending time with his family, playing his piano accordion, working on his classic truck, and attending polka festivals.

John comes into work every day knowing he is helping somebody make their dream home a reality. Another fulfilling part of his job is learning everything about construction as he watches his designs become reality.

Edward is Lynn Construction's commercially licensed driver. He hauls material/equipment for custom homes being built, arranges for and moves roll-off dumpsters and can operate all of the heavy machinery needed to turn a set of plans into the client's dream home. Edward has been with the company since 2007.

Edward and his wife, Toni, are the parents to three beautiful girls and one handsome son; Erica, Brianna, Brittany and Edward III, and he's Gramps to three grandchildren and one on the way; Ahlias, Arya, and Jeremias, and Little Jimmie on the way.

Edward spends his spare time fishing, camping, gaming, and spending time with his family.

He goes out of his way to communicate between the sub-contractors and the company about what needs to be done at each job site. He also translates when needed for Spanish-speaking contractors to ensure the customers get the house of their dreams. Edward is motivated by seeing the smiles on the customer’s faces as they see their new homes.

As the Accounting Clerk for Lynn Construction, Joyce Hickl is responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable. She joined the company in March 2022 and graduated from Wharton County Junior College in May 2022 with an associate degree in Business Administration.

Joyce likes to keep busy, so when she isn’t working, you can find her doing one of her many hobbies like reading, writing, drawing, and anything related to music. She is big on trying new things, so her list of interests is always growing. When she isn’t knee-deep in one of her projects, Joyce loves spending time with her family.

Joyce is a perfectionist and strives to do everything fast and efficiently, a trait that translates well into her work. She takes her job seriously and wants to do everything she can to help customers and her fellow employees.
