John’s home is a 3BR/2BA floor plan featuring an open-concept living area with a kitchen and dining. The living room opens to a large deck overlooking the Colorado River with access by stairs or a passenger elevator.

Though this would be their first time building a home, the Pratts knew exactly what they wanted. Working with the Lynn Construction team, they planned every detail – from high-quality finishes to structural measures put in place to keep the waterfront home safe and dry. Richard said his first meeting with the team at Lynn Construction “felt right.”
